Zen Beach Yoga
What is Beach Yoga?
New Breath. New Horizon. A New Wave of Yoga
Beach Yoga is a gentle and yet powerful yoga flow held on the beach - incorporating mindful movement, moving meditation (Qi Gong), deep stretches and mindfulness meditation.
At Zen Beach Yoga you are encouraged and supported to simply find some stillness
in your mind and body to help you connect with your breath and enjoy precious time and space in nature on the beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
From a centred and grounded space we then enjoy a gentle and restorative flow including a "Surfers Sequence" and Modern Qi Gong which is a simple and unique combination of mindful movement, breath and meditation that improves the functioning of virtually all the systems of the body - and has both preventative and curative benefits playing a crucial role in restoring harmony to the body and mind.
Our practice concludes with a deeply relaxing meditation (and special "cool" treat) to leave you revived, rejuvenated and reconnected to what it is that is important to you.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
(Weather permitting - we will post to the Zen Beach Yoga and Lifeforce Wellbeing Facebook pages any cancellations due to wet weather - at least 30 minutes prior - if you have booked online you should receive an email)
